القاسم الحذاء: قال الكشي (347): " حدثني أحمد بن محمد بن يعقوب البيهقي، قال: حدثنا عبد الله بن حمدويه البيهقي، قال: حدثني محمد بن عيسى بن عبيد، عن إسماعيل بن عباد البصري، عن علي بن محمد بن القاسم الحذاء الكوفي، قال: خرجت من المدينة، فلما جزت حيطانها مقبلا نحو العراق، إذا أنا برجل على بغل له أشهب يعترض الطريق، فقلت لبعض من كان معي: من هذا؟ فقال: ابن الرضا عليه السلام، قال: فقصدت قصده، فلما رآني أريده وقف لي، فانتهيت إليه لأسلم عليه، فمد يده علي فسلمت عليه وقبلتها، فقال: من أنت؟ فقلت: بعض مواليك جعلت فداك، أنا محمد بن علي بن القاسم الحذاء. فقال: أما إن عمك كان ملتويا على الرضا، قال: قلت جعلت فداك رجع عن ذلك، فقال: إن كان رجع عن ذلك فلا بأس. واسم عمه القاسم الحذاء " إنتهى. - وفي نسخة: يحيى بن القاسم الحذاء، والظاهر إنها الصحيح على ما يظهر من عنوان الكشي.
