قاسم بن عبيد: أبو كهمس (ق)، روى عنه الحجاج الخشاب، كذا يظهر من كتاب الدعاء من الكافي، ذكره السيد التفريشي في نقد الرجال (24). أقول: هذا غير موجود في أكثر نسخ الرجال، وأما ما نسبه إلى الكافي فهو صحيح، لكنه ليس في كتاب الدعاء، وإنما هو في كتاب فضل القرآن: باب من حفظ القرآن ثم نسيه 4، من الجزء 2، الحديث 5. إلا أنه في بعض النسخ على ما حكي، وكل ما رأيناه من النسخ فالموجود فيه: الهيثم بن عبيد أبو كهمس، وهو الصحيح.
