علي بن الحسن بن علي بن محمد: قال الشيخ الحر في أمل الآمل (121): " الشيخ علي بن الحسن بن علي ابن محمد الحر الآملي: أخو مؤلف هذا الكتاب، كان فاضلا، صالحا، زاهدا، عابدا، قرأ على أبيه وعلي، توفي في طريق مكة، راجعا بعدما حج ثلاث حجج متوالية في ثلاث سنين، سنة 1078 ".
