عمر بن جعفر: روى عن عبد الله بن محمد، عن محمد بن الوليد، وروى عنه علي بن حاتم، التهذيب: الجزء 3، باب صلاة العيدين، الحديث 300، والاستبصار: الجزء 1، باب لا تجب صلاة العيدين إلا مع الامام، الحديث 1718، إلا أن فيه: محمد بن جعفر، عن عبد الله بن محمد، ومحمد بن الوليد، والظاهر أن الصحيح هكذا: محمد بن جعفر، عن عبد الله بن محمد، عن محمد بن الوليد، وذلك لكثرة رواية علي بن حاتم عن محمد بن جعفر، وعدم ثبوت روايته عن عمر بن جعفر، ورواية عبد الله بن محمد عن محمد بن الوليد في غير مورد.
