أبو موسى الأشعري: روى الصدوق بسنده، عن يحيى بن سعيد بن المسيب، أن معاوية كتب إلى أبي موسى الأشعري: أن ابن أبي الجسرين وجد على بطن امرأته رجلا فقتله، وقد أشكل حكم ذلك على القضاة فاسأل عليا، (الحديث). الفقيه: الجزء 4، باب نوادر الديات، الحديث 447. والتهذيب: الجزء 10، باب الزيادات من كتاب الديات، الحديث 1168، ولكن فيه: يحيى بن سعيد، عن سعيد بن المسيب... إلخ، وهو الموافق للوافي والوسائل أيضا.
