hadith 893
Hadith.895 - Muawiya ibn Wahb asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about the practice of "tathwib" (additional announcements or calls made between the adhan and the iqamah). Imam (as) replied: "We do not recognize it”.
895 - وَ سَأَلَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلتَّثْوِيبِ اَلَّذِي يَكُونُ بَيْنَ اَلْأَذَانِ وَ اَلْإِقَامَةِ فَقَالَ
«مَا نَعْرِفُهُ».

Hadith.1331 - Muhammad ibn Muslim asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about traveling by sea when it is turbulent. He (as) replied: "Why would a person endanger his life and his religion?".
1331 - وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنْ رُكُوبِ اَلْبَحْرِ فِي هَيَجَانِهِ فَقَالَ
«وَ لِمَ يُغَرِّرُ اَلرَّجُلُ بِدِينِهِ.

Hadith.2527 - Mu‘awiyah ibn Ammar asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man from Medina who assumed Ihram from Al-Juhfa. Imam (as) replied: "There is no harm."
2527 - وَ سَأَلَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ اَلْمَدِينَةِ أَحْرَمَ مِنَ اَلْجُحْفَةِ فَقَالَ
«لاَ بَأْسَ ».

Hadith.1435 - Abdullah ibn al-Mughirah asked Abu Ibrahim Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) about a man who misses the Witr prayer. Imam (as) said: "He should make it up as a single Witr always."
1435 - وَ سَأَلَ عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُوسَى بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَفُوتُهُ اَلْوَتْرُ فَقَالَ
«يَقْضِيهِ وَتْراً أَبَداً.

Hadith.4846 - Ammar ibn Musa Al-Sabati asked Abu Abdullah (as) about the obligatory ẓihar (a form of divorce by comparison). Imam (as) replied: "It is when a man explicitly intends by his statement to perform ẓihar itself."
4846 - وَ سَأَلَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ مُوسَى اَلسَّابَاطِيُّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنِ اَلظِّهَارِ اَلْوَاجِبِ قَالَ
"اَلَّذِي يُرِيدُ بِهِ اَلرَّجُلُ اَلظِّهَارَ بِعَيْنِهِ".

This is what ‘Alī ibn Abī Ṭālib, the slave of Allāh has laid down about his property, in pursuance of seeking Allāh’s pleasure so that He may by virtue of it give him entry into Paradise and accord him peace.

2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from ibn Faddal from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to pull up or clip gray from the beard.’”
عَنْهُ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( صلوات الله عليه ) قَالَ
لَا بَأْسَ بِجَزِّ الشَّمَطِ وَ نَتْفِهِ مِنَ اللِّحْيَةِ .

Hadith.3062 - Jameel narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a sacrificial animal whose horn is broken. Imam (as) said
"If the inner horn is intact, it suffices."
3062 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلْأُضْحِيَّةِ يُكْسَرُ قَرْنُهَا قَالَ
«إِذَا كَانَ اَلْقَرْنُ اَلدَّاخِلُ صَحِيحاً فَهِيَ تُجْزِي ».

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Conduct your marriages during the night and serve food during the day.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
زُفُّوا عَرَائِسَكُمْ لَيْلا وَأَطْعِمُوا ضُحًى.

22. And with the same chain of transmission, on the authority of Abu Basir that Abu `Abd Allah al-Sadiq (AS) said
“The quarrelers are ruined while the submitters are saved. Verily, the submitters are the noble ones.”

قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام: يهلك أصحاب الكلام، وينجو المسلمون إن المسلمين هم النجباء.

Hadith.1540 - Abu Basir narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) who said
"If you are in a hurry, pray the Salat of Ja'far in a simplified form, and then complete the Tasbih (glorification) afterwards."
1540 - وَ رَوَى أَبُو بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا كُنْتَ مُسْتَعْجِلاً فَصَلِّ صَلاَةَ جَعْفَرٍ مُجَرَّدَةً ثُمَّ اِقْضِ اَلتَّسْبِيحَ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following

4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الدَّاعِي وَالْمُؤَمِّنُ فِي الأجْرِ شَرِيكَانِ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from a man who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Wearing clothes of sharp color is not desirable except for weddings/”

يُكْرَهُ الْمُفْدَمُ إِلَّا لِلْعَرُوسِ .

Imam Sadiq (a.s) said that God admonished a tribe for not concealing faith and said: “When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they divulge it.” [The Holy Quran: Nisaa 4:83]

Ibn-i-Abi Ya'fur said that Imam Sadiq (a.s) told him: “Invite the people to the religion by means other than plain talk. Let them see your hard work, honesty and piety.”

قال لي أبو عبد الله (عليه السلام): كونوا دعاة الناس بغير ألسنتكم ليروا منكم الاجتهاد الصدق والورع.

Abi Basir asked Imam Sadiq (a.s) about the amount of worshipping that entitles one to be called a worshipper. Imam Sadiq (a.s) said: “Having a good intention of worshipping God is important.”
عن أبي بصير قال
سألت أبا عبد الله (عليه السلام) عن حد العبادة التي من فعلها كان عابدا، فقال: حسن النية بالطاعة.
