عبد اللطيف بن علي: قال الشيخ الحر في أمل الآمل (103): " الشيخ عبد اللطيف بن علي بن أحمد بن أبي جامع العاملي: كان فاضلا، عالما، محققا، صالحا، فقيها، قرأ عند شيخنا البهائي، وعند الشيخ حسن ابن الشهيد الثاني، والسيد محمد بن علي ابن أبي الحسن العاملي، وغيرهم وأجازوه، له مصنفات، منها كتاب الرجال لطيف، وكتاب جامع الأخبار في إيضاح الاستبصار وغير ذلك ".
