عبد العزيز بن مسلم: من أصحاب الرضا عليه السلام، رجال الشيخ (47). كذا في الرجال المطبوع، ولم يرد في سائر الكتب الرجالية. روى عنه أبو محمد القاسم بن العلاء، وروى هو عن الرضا عليه السلام رواية مبسوطة شريفة فيها بيان مقام الإمام عليه السلام وأن منزلة الإمامة منزلة الأنبياء، وأنها خلافة الله وخلافة الرسول صلى الله عليه وآله ومقام أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام وميراث الحسن والحسين عليهما السلام، وفيها الاستدلال بالآيات على انحصار الإمامة في المعصومين سلام الله عليهم أجمعين. الكافي: الجزء 1، كتاب الحجة 4، باب نادر جامع في فضل الامام وصفاته 15، الحديث 1.
