عبد العالي العاملي: قال الشيخ الحر في أمل الآمل (99): " الشيخ عبد العالي العاملي الميسي والد شيخنا الشيخ علي الآتي: كان عالما، فاضلا، وقد أثنى عليه الشيخ علي بن عبد العالي [العاملي] الكركي في إجازته لولده، فقال عند ذكره: المرحوم المبرور، المقدس المتوج المحبور، الشيخ الأجل، العالم الكامل، تاج الملة والحق والدين، عبد العالي [العاملي] الميسي ". إنتهى.
