طريف بن سنان: الثوري الكوفي: من أصحاب الصادق (عليه السلام)، رجال الشيخ (5). روى بعنوان طريف بن سنان، عن أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام)، وروى حنان، عن معاوية، عنه. التهذيب: الجزء 10، باب حدود الزنا، الحديث 72. وروى بعنوان طريف بن سنان الثوري، عن جعفر بن محمد (عليهما السلام). الفقيه: الجزء 4، باب حد السرقة، الحديث 170. ورواها الشيخ بإسناده، عن حنان بن معاوية، عنه. التهذيب: الجزء 10، باب الحد في السرقة والخيانة، الحديث 447. ولكن في الكافي: الجزء 7، كتاب الحدود 3، باب حد من سرق حرا فباعه 40، الحديث 1، حنان، عن معاوية بن طريف، عن سفيان الثوري، ولا يبعد صحة ما في التهذيب، لموافقته للفقيه المتقدم.
