“About the case of a woman who is divorced, one of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘She inherits and is inherited until she sees blood of Hayd (menses) for the third time after divorce and when that happens it (such relation) is cut off.’”

“Al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘You can perform the two morning Rak‘at in the carriage.”

“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Gambling and plundering are not righteous deeds.’”

Hadith.943 - It is reported from Safwan al-Jammal that He said: “I prayed behind Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) for several days, and he would make the Qunoot in every prayer, whether he recited aloud or not”.

"If a person dies and does not have a hady (sacrificial animal) for his Tamattu', his guardian should fast on his behalf."

"Hunting is not to be slaughtered in the Sacred Sanctuary (Haram), even if it was hunted in the permissible (Hil)."

"All those who commit major sins (kabaʾir), if the legal punishment (Hadd) is carried out on them twice, they are to be executed on the third offense."

Hadith.544 - Safwan ibn Yahya said to Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as): "I have heard that when a believer is visited by someone (at their grave), they are comforted by their presence, but when the visitor leaves, they feel lonely." Imam (as) replied: "They do not feel lonely."

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The worldly resources are best means to overcome the difficulties of the next life.”’

“I heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘When the soul of one of you reaches here’ - pointing to his throat - ‘his eyes become delightful.’”

“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘Salah (prayer) of repenting people with all fifty of them there is Chapter 112.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that women in al-Khul‘ do not have the right for maintenance and housing.’”

“I heard Abā ʿAbdillāh [al-Ṣādiq] (a) say, ‘Blessed be every unknown [critical] [1] servant [of Allah] who recognizes the [nature] of people before they recognize him.’”

“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man if he can give Ghusl (bath) to his dead wife from behind a cloth. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so from behind a cloth.’”

“About the case of a woman who is divorced for the third time, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ’She cannot become lawful in marriage for her previous husband until she marries another man who tastes her honey (goes to bed with her).”’

“I once asked abu Ibrahim (a.s.), about the case of a man who divorces his wife in a Hayd (menses)-free period and without sexual intercourse; then goes back to her on the same day then divorces her with three divorces in one Hayd (menses)-free period. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is against Sunnah .’ I then asked, ‘Is it not the case that if he goes back to her to divorce her he must do so in a Hayd (menses)-free period?’ He (the Imam) replied, ‘Yes, that is correct.’ I then said, ‘So that he can go to bed with her.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, that is correct.’”

“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who gives herself as a gift to a man for marriage. He (the Imam) said, ‘This was only for the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, but for others it is not proper without something in exchange before going to bed with her; a small or large amount even a cloth or dirham.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Dirham is enough.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), disliked selling juice for deferred payment.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A pregnant woman is divorced once.’”

foiiowing: “Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), once led us in al-Maghrib Salah (prayer) and recited al- Ma’udhatayn in two Rak’at.”
