4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from Musa ibn Bakr who has said the following
“I saw abu al-Hassan (a.s.), using ivory comb and I bought it for him.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) يَتَمَشَّطُ بِمُشْطِ عَاجٍ وَ اشْتَرَيْتُهُ لَهُ .

18. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Salih ibn al-Sindi from abu Ja’far ibn Bashir from ‘Ammar ibn Marwan from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Do not play jokes; rudeness will be used against you.”
18ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا تُمَازِحْ فَيُجْتَرَأَ عَلَيْكَ.

19. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from al-Sindiy ibn Muhammad from abu al- Bakhtariy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not lawful to deny salt and fire (to those who ask for it).”’
19- وَعَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ السِّنْدِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا يَحِلُّ مَنْعُ الْمِلْحِ وَالنَّارِ.

7. Sahl has narrated from al-Sindi ibn al-Rabi‘ from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs, brother of Marazim from al-Mufaddal who has said the
“I asked Imam abu al-Hassan (a.s.) about certain matters of the attributes (of Allah) and the Imam said, “Do not exceed what is in the holy Quran.”
7ـ سَهْلٌ عَنِ السِّنْدِيِّ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصٍ أَخِي مُرَازِمٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ شَيْ‏ءٍ مِنَ الصِّفَةِ فَقَالَ لا تَجَاوَزْ مَا فِي الْقُرْآنِ.

15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Muhammad al-‘Arzamiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that al-Hassan and al-Husayn, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, wore the ring on their right hands (fingers).”’

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from Aban from al-Fudayl from a man who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not harmful to use al-Khuluq, but one must not sleep overnight with it.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَخَلَّقَ الرَّجُلُ وَ لَكِنْ لَا يَبِيتُ مُتَخَلِّقاً .

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from ‘Ammar ibn Marwan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Do not engage in a disputation against either a forbearing or a thoughtless person; a forbearing person turns into your foe and a thoughtless person will hurt you.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) لا تُمَارِيَنَّ حَلِيماً وَلا سَفِيهاً فَإِنَّ الْحَلِيمَ يَقْلِيكَ وَالسَّفِيهَ يُؤْذِيكَ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Ali ibn al-Husayn, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, (in his house) had pillows and floor furnishings which had pictures (of sceneries) on which he (the Imam) sat.’”

5. Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-FIamid from Ibrahim al-Sindiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that providing a loan for a believing person is an (important) gain and a good deed if done quickly. If he becomes financially capable, he repays, but if he dies, the provider of loan can count it as payment for zakat.”
5ـ سَهْلُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قَرْضُ الْمُؤْمِنِ غَنِيمَةٌ وَتَعْجِيلُ خَيْرٍ إِنْ أَيْسَرَ أَدَّاهُ وَإِنْ مَاتَ احْتُسِبَ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Salih ibn al-Sindiy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from Aban ibn ‘Uthman who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who is speechless. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must wrap her scarf around her head, then pull it away.’”

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from ibn Bukayr from a man who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper for a woman to wear perfumes when she goes out of her house.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تُجَمِّرَ ثَوْبَهَا إِذَا خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا.

34. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindi from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from Ali ibn abu Hamza from abu Basir from abu Ja‘far (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most High. “(Muhammad), be devoted to the upright religion. It is harmonious with the nature which God has designed for people.. .” (30:30 The Imam (a.s.) said
“It is Leadership with Divine Authority).”
34ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفاً قَالَ
هِيَ الْوَلايَةُ.

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from ‘ Arnr ibn abu Miqdam who has said the following
“I saw abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), when a bowl of water was brought to him (the Imam) in which there was a patch of silver, removing it with his teeth.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ قَالَ
رَأَيْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَدْ أُتِيَ بِقَدَحٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ فِيهِ ضَبَّةٌ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ فَرَأَيْتُهُ يَنْزِعُهَا بِأَسْنَانِهِ .

Hadith.577 - It is narrated that Al-Sindi ibn Shahak said to Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as)
"I would like you to allow me to provide your shroud." Imam (as) replied: "We, the people of the household (AhlulBayt (as)), have our pilgrimage, dowries of our women, and shrouds taken from the purity of our own wealth."
577 - وَ رُوِيَ: أَنَّ اَلسِّنْدِيَّ بْنَ شَاهَكَ قَالَ
لِأَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ أُحِبُّ أَنْ تَدَعَنِي عَلَى أَنْ أُكَفِّنَكَ فَقَالَ «إِنَّا أَهْلُ بَيْتٍ حَجُّ صَرُورَتِنَا وَ مُهُورُ نِسَائِنَا وَ أَكْفَانُنَا مِنْ طَهُورِ أَمْوَالِنَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Khalfad af-Sindiy from “Amr ibn Shamir from (Jabir) who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), if one can marry his al- Qabilah (special nurse who helps one’s mother during her giving birth and thereafter). He (the Imam) said, ‘No, and not her daughter also.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ خَلادٍ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شِمْرٍ [عَنْ جَابِرٍ] عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَتَزَوَّجُ قَابِلَتَهُ قَالَ لا وَلا ابْنَتَهَا.

كَانَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَمُوتُ وَيَتْرُكُ مَالا وَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَحَدٌ أَعْطِ الْمِيرَاثَ هَمْشَارِيجَهُ.

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Sindiy ibn al-Rabi’ from Sa‘id ibn Janah who has said the following
“I once was in the presence of abu Ja‘far (a.s.), in his home in al-Madinah. He initiating a conversation saying, ‘One who completes his Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees) does not face any dread in the grave.’”
7ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ السِّنْدِيِّ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جَنَاحٍ قَالَ
كُنْتُ عِنْدَ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي مَنْزِلِهِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَ مُبْتَدِئاً مَنْ أَتَمَّ رُكُوعَهُ لَمْ تَدْخُلْهُ وَحْشَةٌ فِي الْقَبْرِ.

Hadith.2381 - Jamil ibn Darraj and Muhammad ibn Muslim reported that Abu Abdullah (as) was asked about Sindhi chickens being taken out of the Haram. Imam (as) said: "Yes, because they cannot fly independently." In another narration: "They only flutter lightly."
2381 - وَ قَالَ جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ
سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلدَّجَاجِ اَلسِّنْدِيِّ يُخْرَجُ بِهِ مِنَ اَلْحَرَمِ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ لِأَنَّهَا لاَ تَسْتَقِلُّ بِالطَّيَرَانِ. وَ فِي خَبَرٍ آخَرَ: «أَنَّهَا تَدُفُّ دَفِيفاً ».

38. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn Sindy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“A believer is of valuable assistance, of very light expenses, of excellent plans for living and does not allow to be bitten twice from the same opening.”
38ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْمُؤْمِنُ حَسَنُ الْمَعُونَةِ خَفِيفُ الْمَئُونَةِ جَيِّدُ التَّدْبِيرِ لِمَعِيشَتِهِ لا يُلْسَعُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ.
