حكيم بن جبلة: من أصحاب علي عليه السلام، رجال الشيخ (21). وقال المحدث النوري في المستدرك: في الدرجات الرفيعة من أهل السير أنه (حكيم بن جبلة العبدي) كان رجلا صالحا، شجاعا مذكورا مطاعا في قومه... (إلى أن قال): وكان حكيم المذكور أحد من شنع على عثمان لسوء أعماله وعماله، وهو من خيار أصحاب أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام مشهورا بولائه والنصح له وفيه يقول أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام على ما ذكره ابن عبد ربه في العقد: دعا حكيم دعوة سمعته نال بها المنزلة الرفيعة، ثم ذكر كيفية شهادته يوم الجمل الأصغر، ويظهر منها قوة إيمانه وشدة يقينه. وفي مجالس القاضي: كان رجلا صالحا مطاعا في قومه، حارب طلحة والزبير قبل قدومه (أمير المؤمنين) عليه السلام واستشهد (إنتهى). أقول: الدرجات الرفيعة في طبقات الامامية من الشيعة للسيد صدر الدين ابن نظام الدين أحمد المدني الشيرازي المتوفى سنة 1120 أو سنة 1118، ذكره العلامة الشيخ آغا بزرك الطهراني في كتابه الذريعة إلى تصانيف الشيعة.
