الحكم بن المختار: ابن أبي عبيدة: كنيته أبو محمد، ثقة، روى عنه (الباقر) وعن أبي عبد الله عليهما السلام، من أصحاب الباقر عليه السلام، ذكره الشيخ في رجاله (13)، وذكره الكشي مع تكنيته بأبي محمد في ترجمة المختار بن أبي عبيدة الثقفي (59). أقول: ذكر البرقي، أبا الحكم بن المختار بن أبي عبيدة من أصحاب الباقر عليه السلام، وهذا ينافي ما ذكره الشيخ من أن ابن المختار اسمه الحكم، وكنيته أبو محمد المؤيد بما في الكشي، وغير بعيد وقوع السقط في نسخة البرقي بأن يكون الصحيح: (أبو محمد الحكم بن المختار) والله العالم.
