الحسين بن المنذر: فقد وقع في إسناد جملة من الروايات تبلغ أحد عشر موردا. روى عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام، وعن عمر بن قيس، وعمرو بن قيس الماصر. وروى عنه أبان بن عثمان، وأحمد بن أبي عبد الله، وحفص بن البختري، وحفص بن سوقة، وحنان بن سدير، ومحمد بن سنان، ويونس. أقول: هو متحد مع أحد الآتيين.
