معاذ بن كثير: وقع بهذا العنوان في إسناد جملة من الروايات تبلغ ثمانية عشر موردا. فقد روى عن أبي عبد الله وأحدهما عليهما السلام. وروى عنه أبو أيوب، وأبو جميلة، وتبيت، وحذيفة، وحذيفة بن منصور، وحماد بن أبي طلحة، وفضيل الأعور، ومحمد بن سنان، ومرازم، ويحيى أخو دارم، أقول: هذا متحد مع من بعده.
