ثعلبة بن زيد. روى الحجال عنه قال أمرت محمد بن مسلم ان يسأل أبا جعفر عليه السلام في [بص] في باب متى يجوز بيع الثمار أقول الظ ان ثعلبة بن زيد سهو واشتباه من النساخ والصواب الحجال عن ثعلبة عن بريد بقرينة رواية الحجال عن ثعلبة بن ميمون وروايته عن بريد بن معوية - العجلي وروايته عن محمد بن مسلم كثيرا والله أعلم .

ثعلبة بن زيد: روى عن بريد، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام، وروى عنه الحجال. التهذيب: الجزء 7، باب بيع الثمار، الحديث 366، والاستبصار: الجزء 3، باب متى يجوز بيع الثمار، الحديث 301، إلا أن فيه: ثعلبة بن زيد، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام بلا واسطة، ولكن الموجود في الكافي: الجزء 5، كتاب المعيشة 2، باب بيع الثمار وشرائها 73، الحديث 1، ثعلبة، عن بريد، عن أبي جعفر عليه السلام. وهو الصحيح وكلمة (ابن زيد) زيدت في التهذيبين فوقع السقط في الاستبصار أيضا. فهو ثعلبة بن ميمون الآتي.
