عن محمّد بن موسى بن المتوكّل- رضي اللّه عنه- عن عليّ بن الحسين السّعدآباديّ، عن أحمد بن أبي عبد اللّه، عن أبيه، عن محمّد بن سنان، عن بزيع المؤذّن‌.
و ما كان فيه عن بزيع المؤذّن فقد رويته

hadith 1147
14. Ahmad has narrated from Yahya ibn Ibrahim from Muhammad ibn Yahya from ibn abu al-Balad from his father from Bazi‘ ibn ‘Umar ibn Bazi‘ who has said the following
“I once visited abu Ja’far (a.s.), when he was eating vinegar with oil in a black bowl, in the middle of which it was written, ‘Say Allah is one’. He (the Imam) said to me, ‘Come close, O Bazi’’. I went close and ate with him (the Imam). He (the Imam) sipped water three times when bread was finished; then he gave it to me and I drank the rest of the water.’”
أَحْمَدُ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي الْبِلَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ بَزِيعِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ
دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) وَ هُوَ يَأْكُلُ خَلًّا وَ زَيْتاً فِي قَصْعَةٍ سَوْدَاءَ مَكْتُوبٍ فِي وَسَطِهَا بِصُفْرَةٍ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ فَقَالَ لِي ادْنُ يَا بَزِيعُ فَدَنَوْتُ فَأَكَلْتُ مَعَهُ ثُمَّ حَسَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ ثَلَاثَ حَسِيَّاتٍ حِينَ لَمْ يَبْقَ مِنَ الْخُبْزِ شَيْ‏ءٌ ثُمَّ نَاوَلَنِيهَا فَحَسَوْتُ الْبَقِيَّةَ .

hadith 1475
4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘ from his uncle Hamzah ibn Bazi‘ who has said the following
“Abu Ibrahim (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, said to Ja‘far, ‘O Ja‘far, eat quince; it strengthens the heart and emboldens the coward heart.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) لِجَعْفَرٍ يَا جَعْفَرُ كُلِ السَّفَرْجَلَ فَإِنَّهُ يُقَوِّي الْقَلْبَ وَ يُشَجِّعُ الْجَبَانَ .

4. Abu Ali al-Ash’ari has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Muhammad ibn Isma’il from ibn Bazi’ from Hamza ibn Bazi’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘My Lord (Allah) has commanded me to be gentle to people just as He has commanded me to fulfill my obligations.’”
4ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) أَمَرَنِي رَبِّي بِمُدَارَاةِ النَّاسِ كَمَا أَمَرَنِي بِأَدَاءِ الْفَرَائِضِ.

9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘a from his uncle Hamza ibn Bazi‘a from Ali ibn Suwayd from abu al-Hassan Musa ibn Ja‘far (a.s.) who has said the following.
About the words of Allah “Woe to me because of my failure to fulfill my duties from the side of God. .” (39:56). The Imam (a.s.) said that the side of Allah is Amirul Mu’minin (a.s.) and so are the successors of the high position until the matters will reach to the last one among them.”
9ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهما السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يا حَسْرَتى‏ عَلى‏ ما فَرَّطْتُ فِي جَنْبِ الله قَالَ
جَنْبُ الله أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) وَكَذَلِكَ مَا كَانَ بَعْدَهُ مِنَ الاوْصِيَاءِ بِالْمَكَانِ الرَّفِيعِ إِلَى أَنْ يَنْتَهِيَ الامْرُ إِلَى آخِرِهِمْ.

Hadith.814 - Muhammad ibn Ismail ibn Bazi' asked Abu Al-Hasan Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as), about praying in a garment with patterns (decorations), and the Imam disliked it if it contained images (representations).
814 - وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ أَبَا اَلْحَسَنِ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلصَّلاَةِ فِي اَلثَّوْبِ اَلْمُعْلَمِ فَكَرِهَ مَا فِيهِ مِنَ اَلتَّمَاثِيلِ.

Hadith.4204 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazi' wrote to Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as), saying: "The people have differed regarding the rabbit (al-rabitha). What do you command me concerning it?" Imam (as) wrote back: "There is no harm in it."
4204 - وَ كَتَبَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ إِلَى اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : اِخْتَلَفَ اَلنَّاسُ فِي اَلرَّبِيثَا فَمَا تَأْمُرُنِي فِيهَا فَكَتَبَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهَا".

Hadith.784 - Musa ibn Umar ibn Buzai' asked Abu Al-Hasan, Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as): "I tie a waist wrap and a scarf over my shirt during prayer." Imam (as) said: "There is no harm”.
784 - وَ سَأَلَ مُوسَى بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ أَبَا اَلْحَسَنِ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فَقَالَ لَهُ: أَشُدُّ اَلْإِزَارَ وَ اَلْمِنْدِيلَ فَوْقَ قَمِيصِي فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ.

4. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Muhammad ibn Isma’il ibn Bazi’ and others in a marfu’ manner who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Condemned is one who seeks leadership, condemned is one who intends to become a leader and condemned is one who speaks to himself of leadership.’”
4ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ وَغَيْرِهِ رَفَعُوهُ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ تَرَأَّسَ مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ هَمَّ بِهَا مَلْعُونٌ مَنْ حَدَّثَ بِهَا نَفْسَهُ.

7. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘ from Yahya ibn Musawir who has said the following
“Abu Ibrahim (a.s.), has said, sawiq and broth of cow meat remove al-Bars (Albinism) illness.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ مُسَاوِرٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ

Hadith.5738 - Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazi' narrated from Mansur ibn Yunus Buzurj from Jameel ibn Darraj who said
I heard Abu Abdullah (as) say: "A free person and a slave do not inherit from one another."
5738 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ يُونُسَ بُزُرْجَ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ : "لاَ يَتَوَارَثُ اَلْحُرُّ وَ اَلْمَمْلُوكُ".

Hadith.1036 - Bazi' the Muezzin asked Imam (as): "I intend to undergo a procedure on my eye." Imam (as) replied: "Do it." Bazi' then said: "But they claim that I will be made to lie on my back for several days and will not be able to perform prayer while sitting." Imam (as) replied: "Do it."
1036 - وَ سَأَلَهُ بَزِيعٌ اَلْمُؤَذِّنُ فَقَالَ لَهُ: إِنِّي أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَقْدَحَ عَيْنِي فَقَالَ لِي «اِفْعَلْ» فَقُلْتُ إِنَّهُمْ يَزْعُمُونَ أَنَّهُ يُلْقَى عَلَى قَفَاهُ كَذَا وَ كَذَا يَوْماً لاَ يُصَلِّي قَاعِداً قَالَ «اِفْعَلْ.

hadith 1360
Hadith.4575 - Muhammad ibn Ismail ibn Bazi asked Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) about a woman who permitted her husband to have relations with her bondwoman. Imam (as) said: "That is permissible for him." He then asked: "What if he fears that she might be joking?" Imam (as) said: "If he knows that she is joking, then it is not permissible."
4575 - وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنِ اِمْرَأَةٍ أَحَلَّتْ لِزَوْجِهَا جَارِيَتَهَا فَقَالَ
"ذَلِكَ لَهُ" قَالَ فَإِنْ خَافَ أَنْ تَكُونَ تَمْزَحُ قَالَ "فَإِنْ عَلِمَ أَنَّهَا تَمْزَحُ فَلاَ".

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Tsma‘il ibn Bazi‘ who has said the following
“I once asked al-Rida, Alayhi al-Salam, about a man who allows intercourse with a woman to take place but not in vagina, and she feels discharges, is Ghusl (bath) necessary on her? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, Ghusl (bath) is necessary for her.’”
6ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُجَامِعُ الْمَرْأَةَ فِيمَا دُونَ الْفَرْجِ وَتُنْزِلُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَيْهَا غُسْلٌ قَالَ نَعَمْ.

Hadith.4322 - It is narrated from Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazee' that he said
I asked Abu Ja'far al-Thani (as) about a man who died and had fasting obligations upon him. Should fasting be done on his behalf, or should charity be given on his behalf? Imam (as) said: "Charity should be given on his behalf, for it is better."
4322 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ اَلثَّانِي عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ وَ عَلَيْهِ صَوْمٌ يُصَامُ عَنْهُ أَوْ يُتَصَدَّقُ قَالَ "يُتَصَدَّقُ عَنْهُ فَإِنَّهُ أَفْضَلُ".

18. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il ibn Bazi’ from al-Khaybariy from al-Husayn ibn Thuwayri who has said the following

إِذَا أَصَابَتْكُمْ مَجَاعَةٌ فَاعْبَثُوا بِالزَّبِيبِ.

4. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from Muhammad ibn Isma’il ibn Bazi’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Uthman from al-Husayn ibn Mehran from Ishaq ibn Ghalib from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘Whoever’s behavior is bad and evil, his soul lives in suffering.”’

مَنْ سَاءَ خُلُقُهُ عَذَّبَ نَفْسَهُ‏.

Hadith.1284 - It is narrated from Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazi' from Imam al-Ridha (as) that
He said: I asked him about the prayer in Mecca and Medina, whether it should be shortened or completed. Imam (as) said: "Shorten it unless you intend to stay for ten days”.
1284 - مَا رَوَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلصَّلاَةِ بِمَكَّةَ وَ اَلْمَدِينَةِ يُقَصَّرُ أَوْ يُتَمُّ قَالَ «قَصِّرْ مَا لَمْ تَعْزِمْ عَلَى مُقَامِ عَشَرَةِ أَيَّامٍ.

Hadith.2083 - It is narrated by Muhammad ibn Isma'il ibn Bazi', who said
"I sent some dirhams to Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ridha (as) on behalf of myself and others, and I wrote to him informing him that it was for the Zakat al-Fitr of the dependents. Imam (as) wrote back in his own handwriting: 'I have received it.'"
2083 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ
بَعَثْتُ إِلَى أَبِي اَلْحَسَنِ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ بِدَرَاهِمَ لِي وَ لِغَيْرِي وَ كَتَبْتُ إِلَيْهِ أُخْبِرُهُ أَنَّهَا مِنْ فِطْرَةِ اَلْعِيَالِ فَكَتَبَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ بِخَطِّهِ «قَبَضْتُ ».
