أحمد بن محسن: روى الشيخ بإسناده، عن محمد بن يعقوب، عن أبي علي الأشعري عن أحمد بن محسن، عن معاوية بن وهب. التهذيب: الجزء 8، باب أحكام الطلاق، الحديث 264، والاستبصار: الجزء 3، باب طلاق المريض، الحديث 1084. إلا أن فيه: " أحمد بن الحسن " بدل " أحمد بن محسن ". ولكن محمد بن يعقوب رواها عن حميد بن زياد، عن أحمد بن محمد، عن محسن، عن معاوية بن وهب. الكافي: الجزء 6، كتاب الطلاق 2، باب طلاق المريض 49، الحديث 5، فوقع التحريف في التهذيبين معا.
