أحمد بن الحسين بن محمد: قال الشيخ الحر في أمل الآمل: " الشيخ أحمد بن الحسين بن محمد بن أحمد ابن سليمان العاملي النباطي: كان عالما، فاضلا، أديبا، صالحا، عابدا، ورعا، كان شريكنا في الدرس حال القراءة على الشيخ زين الدين ابن محمد بن الحسن بن الشهيد الثاني العاملي، والشيخ حسين بن الحسن الظهيري العاملي، والعم الشيخ محمد بن علي الحر العاملي، وغيرهم، وقرأ على السيد نور الدين العاملي في مكة، توفي في قرية النباطية سنة 1079 ".
