أحمد بن أشيم: من أصحاب الرضا عليه السلام، رجال الشيخ (6). روى عن يونس، وروى عنه أحمد بن محمد. التهذيب: الجزء 1، باب تلقين المحتضرين، الحديث 980. وقال المحقق في المعتبر: في مسألة ما لو ماتت ذمية حاملا من مسلم: " هو ضعيف جدا، على ما ذكره النجاشي في كتاب المصنفين والشيخ ". أقول: الظاهر أن المحقق قد سها فيما حكاه، فإنه لا يوجد ذلك في كتاب النجاشي ولا في كتاب الشيخ. ومن الغريب، أنه لم يتعرض له العلامة، وابن داود، والميرزا، والتفريشي، والمولى الشيخ عناية الله.
