2. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn Musa from Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Hamadaniy from Muhammad ibn ‘Amr ibn Ibrahim who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far, or abu al-Hassan, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, -uncertainty is from Muhammad ibn Musa- has said, ‘Once al-Sadab was mentioned and He (the Imam) said, ‘There are benefits in it. It increases the power of understanding, increases in the brain except that it putrefies one’s back’s water.’ It is narrated that it is very good for ear ache.”
عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ أَوْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) الْوَهْمُ مِنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى قَالَ
ذُكِرَ السَّدَابُ فَقَالَ أَمَا إِنَّ فِيهِ مَنَافِعَ زِيَادَةٌ فِي الْعَقْلِ وَ تَوْفِيرٌ فِي الدِّمَاغِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يُنَتِّنُ مَاءَ الظَّهْرِ .وَ رُوِيَ أَنَّهُ جَيِّدٌ لِوَجَعِ الْأُذُنِ .

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Musa from certain persons of our people in a marfu‘ manner who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘I do not know of anything more beneficial against poisoning than sawiq of apples.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام )
أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا أَعْرِفُ لِلسُّمُومِ دَوَاءً أَنْفَعَ مِنْ سَوِيقِ التُّفَّاحِ .

hadith 137
21 – Muḥammad b. Mūsā b. ʿĪsā, al-Sammān (the butter merchant), Abū Jaʿfar, al-Hamdānī. Weak, he narrates from the weak narrators, and it is permissible for him to be brought out as a witness. The Qummis spoke of him with reprobation, doing so for much (?), and they excluded what he narrated from the book
“Nawādir al-Ḥikma”.

2 – Bakr b. Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. Mūsā, al-ʿAṣarī. He claimed that he was of the children of Ashjj of the Banū ʿAṣarī of whom the Prophet صلى الله عليه وآله spoke. Known by the kunya Abū Muḥammad. Narrates strange reports. Relies on unknown (narrators). And his affair is obscure.
2 - بكر بن أحمد بن محمد بن موسى، العصري، يزعم أنه من ولد أشج بني عصر الوارد على النبي (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)، يكنى أبا محمد. يروي الغرائب، ويعتمد المجاهيل. وأمره مظلم.

14. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Musa from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘All intoxicating substances are unlawful, everything fermented is unlawful, and al-Fuqa’ (beer) is unlawful.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ( صلوات الله عليه ) قَالَ
كُلُّ مُسْكِرٍ حَرَامٌ وَ كُلُّ مُخَمَّرٍ حَرَامٌ وَ الْفُقَّاعُ حَرَامٌ .

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Musa from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan al-Jallab certain persons of our people who have said the following
“Once a man complained before abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about vitiligo (white spots on one’s skin) and he (the Imam) commanded him to cook al-Mash then drink it and make it a part of his food.”

شَكَا رَجُلٌ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) الْبَهَقَ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَطْبُخَ الْمَاشَ وَ يَتَحَسَّاهُ وَ يَجْعَلَهُ فِي طَعَامِهِ .

Prophet, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, said: The one who obeys Allah has certainly remembered Allah, even if his prayers, fasting and recitation (of the Qur’an) are little. The one who disobeys Allah has certainly forgot Allah, even if his prayers, fasting and recitation of the Qur’an are much.
حدثنا محمد بن موسى بن المتوكل، قال: حدثنا علي بن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن إبراهيم بن زياد قال
قال الصادق عليه السلام: كذب من زعم أنه يعرفنا وهو متمسك بعروة غيرنا.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Musa who has said that narrated to me Ali ibn Sulayman from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Muhammad ibn Hakim who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan, al-Awwal (a.s.), has said, ‘Feed one who is suffering from fever with the meat of al-Qabaj (a kind of partridge) because it strengthens the legs and dispels fever completely.’”

Mohammed bin Musa bin al-Mutawakkil, Allah may have mercy upon him, narrated to me from Ahmed bin Abdullah… that Abu Abdullah (a) said
By Allah I swear, the Shia of Ali are only those who abstain from the food and the sexual appetites, work sincerely for the Creator, hope for gaining His reward, and fear from His punishment.
