“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘If one refrains from drinking wine for his own protection Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, will provide him drink from the sealed wine of the garden (paradises).”’

God’s Prophet (S) said, “Soon one of my own flesh and blood will be buried in the land of Khorasan. Any believer who goes on pilgrimage to his shrine will be rewarded by God. Heaven will be guaranteed for him and his body will be secure from the Fire of Hell.”

Promise me you will do the following six things, then I will promise you that you will go to Paradise. Do not lie when you quote something. Never break your promise. Return what you are entrusted with. Do not look at what is forbidden to see. Guard your honor. Do not bother the people physically or verbally."

`Ali b. Yazid al-Sada’i from Abi Shayba al-Jawhari from Anas b. Malik. He said: The Messenger of Allah (s) said: Promise me six things, and I will promise you Paradise: (1) When you speak, do not lie. (2) If you make a promise, do not break it. (3) If you form a trust, then do not betray it. (4) Lower your gaze. (5) Guard your private parts. (6) Withhold your hands and your tongues [from harming others].

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Whoever comes to Makkah for al-Hajj but does not visit me, on the Day of Judgment I will turn away from him. Whoever comes to visit me, my intercession on his behalf becomes necessary. One on whose behalf my intercession becomes necessary, for him paradise becomes necessary. Whoever dies in one of the two Sacred areas, Makkah or al-Madinah, will not be exposed or brought in, to present an account of his deeds. Whoever dies during his migration to Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, on the Day of Judgment will be raised with the people of Badr.’”

“There are ten characteristics that if anyone were to meet God while possessing them, he would enter the Garden. These are: bearing witness that there is no god but God and that Muḥammad, may God bless him and his Family, is the Messenger of God; affirming what the Messenger brought from God, Mighty and Exalted; performing Ṣalāt; giving the Zakāt; performing the pilgrimage of God's House; fasting in the month of Ramaḍān; fellowship of God's friends; eschewal of God's enemies; and avoiding all intoxicants.”

“Paradise is assured for whoever fasts on the first day of the (Arabic) month of Rajab hoping to be rewarded by the Honorable the Exalted God. The intercession of whoever fasts on one of the middle days of that month on behalf of as many people as there are in the Rabee’a and Modhar tribes will be accepted. God will make whoever fasts on the last day of that month one of the kings in Paradise. Also God will accept his intercession on behalf of his father, mother, son, daughter, sister, paternal uncle, paternal aunt, maternal uncle, maternal aunt, friends and neighbors, even if some of them deserve the Fire.”

Whoever fasts the first day of Rajab in hope for Allah’s reward, Paradise will be made mandatory for him. Whoever fasts a day in the middle [of Rajab] will be able to intercede for the like of Rabi` and Mudar. Whoever fasts a day at the end [of Rajab], Allah will make him from the kings of Paradise; and he will intercede for his father, his mother, his son, his daughter, his brother, his sister, his paternal uncle, his paternal aunt, his maternal uncle, his maternal aunt, his acquaintances, and his neighbours, even if Hell was made mandatory for some of them.

The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said: On the Day of Judgment, I will turn away from those who had come to Makkah for Hajj but did not come to Madīnah for my Ziyārah. It is obligatory that those who come to my Ziyārah are included in my intercession, and Paradise is obligatory for those who are included in my intercession. Those who die in one of the two ḤARAMs, either Makkah or Madīnah, will not be brought forth for judgment. They will be (considered) as those who have died while traveling toward Allāh, and they will be resurrected with the companions of the Battle of Badr on the Day of Judgment.

The following three groups of people will not enter Paradise: the alcoholics; the magicians; and those who cut-off relations of kin. The Honorable the Exalted God will feed whoever dies as an alcoholic from the Al-Qota river.” He (MGB) was asked what Al-Qota river is. He (MGB) replied, “It is a river formed of the detestable things which flow out of the vaginas of sluts and is even bothersome to the people of Hell.”

The Messenger of Allah (s) said: Allah will raise a group of people with faces of light, upon seats of light, wearing garments of light, in the shade of the Throne, at the rank of the prophets – and they are not prophets; and at the rank of the martyrs – and they are not martyrs. So, a man said: Am I from them, O Messenger of Allah? He said: No. Another said: Am I from them, O Messenger of Allah? He said: No. It was said: Who are they, O Messenger of Allah? So, he placed his hand upon the head of `Ali (as) and said: Him and his Shi`a.

“O son of the Prophet of God! Whose shrine is that?” He replied, “It is located in the land of Toos. And, by God, it is a Garden - one of the Gardens of Heaven. Whoever visits me there in that shrine, it is as if he has visited God’s Prophet (S). God the Highest will record for him the reward of one thousand accepted obligatory pilgrimages to the Kaaba, and one thousand accepted ‘Umra (a.s.upererogatory) pilgrimages to the Kaaba. Also my forefathers and I will intercede on his behalf on the Resurrection Day.”

"Whomever fasts one day in Rajab, from its beginning or its middle or its end, Allah will make Paradise obligatory for him. He will bring him to us, in our rank, on the Day of Resurrection. Whomever fasts two days in Rajab, it will be said to him: “Resume your work, for everything that has passed has been forgiven.” Whomever fasts three days in Rajab, it will be said to him: “Everything that has passed and everything that will remain has been forgiven, so intercede for whichever sinner you wish from your brethren to your acquaintances.” Whomever fasts seven days in Rajab, the seven doors of Hell will be locked from him. Whomever fasts eight days in Rajab, the eight doors of Paradise will be opened for him, and he will be able to enter whichever one he wants."

The Messenger of Allah (s) said: Allah divided the creation into two parts, and he put me in the better part. That is His saying with regards to the companions of the right and the companions of the left – I am from the companions of the right, and I am the best of the companions of the right. Then, He made the two parts into thirds, and He put me in the better third. That is His saying, “The companions of the right, how blessed will they be. The companions of the left, how miserable will they be. The foremost will be the foremost” (56:8-10). I am from the foremost, and I am the best of the foremost. Then, He made the three into tribes, and He put me in the best tribe. That is His saying, “We made you into nations and tribes so that you may recognize. Surely, the noblest of you in the sight of Allah are the most Godfearing of you.” (49:13) I am the most Godfearing of the descendants of Adam, and I am the noblest of them in the sight of Allah – and I do not boast. Then, He made the tribes into families, and He put me in the best of families. That is His saying, “Allah only desires to keep the uncleanness away from you, O people of the House, and to purify you with a thorough purification” (33:33)

I asked al-Rida, Abu’l-Hasan, peace be upon him, and so I said to him: Why was the Prophet, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, nicknamed as Abu’l-Qasim? Then he said: Because he had a son called Qasim, and so he was nicknamed due to him. He said: Then I said to him: O son of Allah’s Messenger, do you see me deserving for more? He said: Yes. Have you not known that Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, said: I and Ali are the fathers of this nation? I said: Sure. He said: Have you not known that Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, is a father to all his nation, and that Ali, peace be upon him, is in his position among them? I said: Sure. He said: Have you not known that Ali is the divider between Paradise and the Fire? I said: Sure. He said: Hence, he was called Abu’l-Qasim because he is the father of the divider of Paradise and the Fire. Then I said to him: And what is the meaning of that? Then he said: Indeed, the compassion of the Prophet, Allah’s blessings be upon him and hi Family, upon his nation is as the compassion of fathers upon children, and the best among his nation is Ali bin Abi Talib, peace be upon him. After him, the compassion of Ali, peace be upon him, upon them is like the compassion of him, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, because he is his Bequeathed, Successor and Imam after therein. Then he said: Hence, for that he, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, said: I and Ali are the fathers of this nation. The Prophet, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, climbed the pulpit and said: He who leaves behind a debt or a wastage, it is upon me, and to me (shall one come), and he who leaves behind property, it is for his inheritors. By that, he became of more priority to them than their fathers and mothers, and he became of more priority to them than their own selves, and so was the Commander of the Believers, peace be upon him, after him, it applied to him the same as what applied to Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family.

The Messenger of Allah (sw) said: “I swear by Him who has sent me with the Truth as a bearer of glad tidings! Allah will never punish those who believe in His Unity. Verily, those who believe in Divine Unity will be granted the right to intercede (on the Day of Judgement), and their intercession will be accepted.“
After that he (sw) added, “On the Day of Judgement, Allah, Blessed and Exalted be He, will order that a group of evil doers from this world be cast into Hell. They will plead to Him, O our Lord! How can You cast us into Hell when we used to accept Your Unity? How can You burn our tongues in the fire when they used to profess Your Unity? How can You burn our hearts in the fire when they believed that `There is no god, but You’? How can You burn our faces when we placed our foreheads on the dust in prostration for You? How can You burn our hands when we lifted them up in prayers to You?“
Allah, Mighty be His Glory, will say, “O My Servants! You committed evil deeds in the world. Hence, you have earned the punishment of Hell-fire.” They will then plead, “O our Lord! Are our mistakes greater than Your forgiveness? Or is Your forgiveness greater than our mistakes?” Then Allah, the Mighty and High, will reply, “My Forgiveness, of course.” They will ask, “What is greater? Your Mercy or our sins?” So He, the Mighty and High, will answer, “My Mercy, of course.” They will then ask, What is greater? Our belief in Your Unity or our sins?” He, the Mighty and High, will reply, “Your acceptance of My Unity is greater, of course.” Then they will say, “O Our Lord! Then let You Forgiveness and Mercy encompass us as it encompasses everything.”
Hence, Allah, Mighty be His Glory, will say, O My Angels! I swear by My Dignity and Glory! I have not created anyone more beloved to Me that the ones who embrace My Unity professing that here is no god but Me. Since I refuse to cast those who believe in My Unity into Hell, enter Ye, O My Servants, in Heaven!

I read in the Gospel: O `Isa! Renew My Order and do not languish. Listen and obey, O son of the pure, chaste virgin. You are not a fool. I made you a sign for the worlds, so worship Me and rely on Me. Take the scripture with strength, go to the people of Syria and Assyria, and inform those before you that I am the eternal God who will never recede, and to believe in the Prophet of the Mother Town, the owner of the camel, the armour, the crown – which is the turban – the two sandals, and the rod – which is the staff. He will have wide eyes, a broad forehead, prominent cheeks, a thin and curved nose, and white teeth. His neck will be like a silver jar, his collarbones will be like gold. He will have hair from his chest to his navel, but not on his stomach or his [entire] chest. He will be tanned in colour, with light hair from his chest to his stomach. His hands and feet will be large. When he turns, he will turn with his whole body. When he walks, it is as though he is stepping from stone to stone (he does not drag his feet). When he walks with the people, he overcomes them [in speed]. The sweat on his face is like pearls, and his scent is like the fragrance of musk. No one like him was ever seen before him nor after him. His scent will be pleasant. He will marry women, but he will have few children, and his child (Fatima) will be blessed, and she will have a house in Paradise. He will support her in the end times just as Zakariyya supported your mother. She will give birth to two martyrs. His words will be the Quran, and his religion will be Islam, and I am Peace. So, Tuba is for he who lives in his time, sees his days, and listens to his words. So, `Isa (as) said: O Lord! What is Tuba? He said: A tree in Paradise that I planted with My two hands in the shade of Paradise. Its root is in being pleased [with My will], its water is from tasnim, its breeze is from camphor, and its taste is like ginger. Whomever drinks from its river will never thirst again. So, `Isa (as) said: O Allah! Allow me to drink from it. He said: "O `Isa! It is forbidden for the humans to drink from it until that Prophet drinks from it. It is forbidden for the nations to drink from it until the nation of that Prophet drinks from it. O `Isa! I will raise you to Me, then I will send you back down in the End Times so that you may see the marvelous nation of that Prophet, and to save them from the cursed Dajjal. I will send you down during the time of prayer so that you may pray with them. Surely, they are a Nation that has been given mercy.
