4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn al-Hakam from Shihab ibn ‘Abde Rabbihi who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Extragance (overspending) is not applicable in food.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ شِهَابِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) لَيْسَ فِي الطَّعَامِ سَرَفٌ .

9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما السَّلاَم) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَغْتَسِلُ لِلإِحْرَامِ ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ رَأْسَهُ بِمِنْدِيلٍ قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ بِهِ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Listening to al-Ghina’ (music (and singing)) and useless things grows hypocrisy just as water grows green plants.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
اسْتِمَاعُ الْغِنَاءِ وَ اللَّهْوِ يُنْبِتُ النِّفَاقَ فِي الْقَلْبِ كَمَا يُنْبِتُ الْمَاءُ الزَّرْعَ .

لَيْسَ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ وَلاَ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ وَلاَ الْمُبَاشَرَةِ وُضُوءٌ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that you should take food, on the day of al-Fitr before going to the prayer place.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
اطْعَمْ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَخْرُجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى.

“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, has made zakat as means of living for the needy and to increase your properties.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ مُبَارَكٍ الْعَقَرْقُوفِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) إِنَّ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ الزَّكَاةَ قُوتاً لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَتَوْفِيراً لأَمْوَالِكُمْ.

“The Messenger of Allah O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Your helping a weak person is the best charity.”’

“About a man who kills a locust while in the state of Ihram, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He must feed a date (to a destitute person), even though a date is better than a locust.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) فِي مُحْرِمٍ قَتَلَ جَرَادَةً قَالَ
يُطْعِمُ تَمْرَةً وَالتَّمْرَةُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ جَرَادَةٍ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘One who is for al-Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous) on seeing the houses of Makkah must stop saying al-Talbiyah (here I am, O Lord, to obey Your command).”’
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
الْمُتَمَتِّعُ إِذَا نَظَرَ إِلَى بُيُوتِ مَكَّةَ قَطَعَ التَّلْبِيَةَ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Safwan ibn Yahya who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about the case of a man who swears but his mind is on something other than that for which he has taken the oath. He (the Imam) said, ‘Swearing is for that which is in one’s mind.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ وَضَمِيرُهُ عَلَى غَيْرِ مَا حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ الْيَمِينُ عَلَى الضَّمِيرِ.

15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from in a marfu‘ manner the following
“This is about the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, ‘If he cannot find (offering) he must fast three days in al-Hajj and seven days when you return and this becomes ten complete.’ (2:196) He (the Imam) (a.s.), said that completing fasting is completing the offering obligation.’”
15ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَفَعَهُ فِي قَوْلِه�� عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَصِيامُ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ فِي الْحَجِّ وَسَبْعَةٍ إِذا رَجَعْتُمْ تِلْكَ عَشَرَةٌ كامِلَةٌ قَالَ
كَمَالُهَا كَمَالُ الأُضْحِيَّةِ.

“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘The water (seed) belongs to man, he can place it (lawfully) wherever he wants, except that when the child comes he cannot deny him,’ and he (the Imam) placed great stress against denying the child.”

الْمَاءُ مَاءُ الرَّجُلِ يَضَعُهُ حَيْثُ شَاءَ إِلا أَنَّهُ إِذَا جَاءَ وَلَدٌ لَمْ يُنْكِرْهُ وَشَدَّدَ فِي إِنْكَارِ الْوَلَدِ.
