Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Zurarah who has said the following “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not necessary to take Wudu’ for kissing, touching private parts or because of contact.’” 12ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ لَيْسَ فِي الْقُبْلَةِ وَلاَ مَسِّ الْفَرْجِ وَلاَ الْمُبَاشَرَةِ وُضُوءٌ.
