محمد بن مصادف: قال العلامة - قدس سره - في الخلاصة (56) من الباب (1)، من حرف الميم، من القسم الثاني: " محمد بن مصادف مولى أبي عبد الله عليه السلام، روى عن أبيه، اختلف قول ابن الغضائري فيه، ففي أحد الكتابين أنه ضعيف، وفي الآخر أنه ثقة، والأولى عندي التوقف ". وقال ابن داود في (465) من القسم الثاني: " محمد بن مصادف مولى (ق) (غض) ضعيف، ثقة في موضوعين ". أقول: مر غير مرة أن الكتاب المنسوب إلى ابن الغضائري، لم تثبت صحته، فلا اعتماد على ما نقل عنه توثيقا، وتضعيفا. روى عن مالك الجهني، وروى عنه محمد بن فضيل. كامل الزيارات: الباب 65، في أن زيارة الحسين عليه السلام تعدل حجة وعمرة، الحديث 12. واحتمل بعضهم اتحاده مع محمد بن مضارب الآتي، ولا قرينة على ذلك، واشتراكهما في روايتهما، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام لا يكشف عن الاتحاد، كما هو واضح. روى عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام، وروى عنه أبو عبد الله البرقي. التهذيب: الجزء 2، باب كيفية الصلاة وصفتها من الزيادات، الحديث 1200، والاستبصار: الجزء 1، باب السجود على الجبهة، الحديث 1220.
