الحسن بن أسد

The ascription of this book to Ibn al-Ghaḍāʾirī is disputed; al-Khoei held it unproven («الكتاب المنسوب إلى ابن الغضائري… لم يثبت»).

يروي عن الضعفاء، ويروون عنه. وهو فاسد المذهب. ولا أعرف له شيئا أصلح فيه إلا روايته كتاب علي بن إسماعيل بن شعيب بن ميثم، وقد رواه عنه غيره.

Narrated from weak narrators, and they narrate from him. His is of a corrupt madhhab. I do not know anything in which is settled except for his narration of the book of ʿAlī b. Ismāʿīl b. Shuʿayb b. Mītham, and people other than him have narrated it.
