محمد بن أحمد النعيمي أبو المظفر رجل من أصحابنا، أخباري، سمع الحديث والاخبار وأكثر. له كتاب في فرق الشيعة وأخبار ال أبي طالب سماه كتاب البهجة. [ 105 7 ] محمد بن المظفر أبو دلف الازدي كان سمع كثيرا ثم اضطرب عقله له كتاب أخبار الشعراء.

محمد بن أحمد النعيمي: قال النجاشي: " محمد بن أحمد النعيمي، أبو المظفر: رجل من أصحابنا، أخباري، سمع الحديث والاخبار، وأكثر، له كتاب في فرق الشيعة، وأخبار آل أبي طالب سماه كتاب البهجة ". أقول: عده العلامة، وابن داود، في القسم الأول، فالأول في (168) من الباب (1)، من حرف الميم، والثاني في (1277). والظاهر أنه مبني على أصالة العدالة.
