محمد بن نافع: قال النجاشي: " محمد بن نافع: كوفي، ثقة، قليل الحديث، له نوادر، أخبرنا الحسين، عن أحمد بن جعفر، عن حميد، عنه ". وقال الشيخ (668): " محمد بن نافع، له نوادر، رويناها بهذا الاسناد، عن حميد، عن محمد بن نافع ". وأراد بهذا الاسناد: جماعة، عن أبي المفضل، عن حميد. وعده في رجاله فيمن لم يرو عنهم عليهم السلام (50)، قائلا: " محمد بن نافع، روى عنه حميد ". وطريق الشيخ إليه ضعيف بأبي المفضل.
