عبد الله بن محمد الاسدي مولاهم، كوفي، الحجال المزخرف، أبو محمد، وقيل إنه من موالى بني تيم، ثقة ثقة، ثبت. له كتاب يرويه عدة من أصحابنا أخبرنا العباس بن عمر بن العباس بن محمد بن عبد الملك الفارسي الدهقان قال: حدثنا علي بن الحسين بن موسى بن بابويه قال: حدثنا على بن الحسن (حسن) بن علي بن عبد الله بن المغيرة قال: حدثنا أبي عن الحجال بكتابه.

Al-Asadi, a mawla of theirs. Kufan. The decorated embroiderer (Al-Hajjal al-Muzakhraf). Abu Muhammad. It is said he is a mawla of Banu Taym. Very trustworthy (Thiqa Thiqa), Firm/Established (Thabat).
