صدقة بن بندار القمي أبو سهل قديم السماع، وعاش إلى أن مات سنة إحدى وثلاثمائة، حكى ذلك الحسين بن عبيدالله عن مشائخه، وكان ثقة خيرا. له كتاب التجمل والمروة، حسن، صحيح الحديث.
