حكم بن أيمن الحناط مولى قريش، أبو علي، جد فقاعة الخمري، وهو أحمد بن علي بن الحكم. وكان أبو الحسن علي بن عبد الواحد الخمري من ولده رحمه الله يذكر أنه من [ ولد ] نهد بن زيد. روى حكم عن أبي عبد الله وأبي الحسن عليهما السلام. له كتاب يرويه ابن أبي عمير. أخبرني عدة من أصحابنا عن الحسن بن حمزة بالطبري قال: حدثنا ابن بطة قال: حدثنا الصفار عن أحمد بن محمد، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن حكم به.

Grandfather of Faqaha al-Khumri, who is Ahmad ibn 'Ali ibn al-Hukm. Abu al-Hasan 'Ali ibn 'Abd al-Wahid al-Khumri, among his descendants (may God have mercy on him), mentioned that he is from the offspring of Nahd ibn Zayd. Hukm narrated from Abu 'Abdullah and Abu al-Hasan (peace be upon them). He has a book narrated by Ibn Abi 'Umayr.
