حكم بن سعد الاسدي الناشري عربي، قليل الحديث، وهو أخو مشمعل، ومشمعل اكثر رواية منه، وشارك الحكم أخاه مشمعلا في كتاب الديات. أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد بن هارون قال: حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد قال: حدثنا جعفر بن عبد الله المحمدي قال: حدثنا عباس بن هشام أبو الفضل الناشري قال: حدثنا مشمعل والحكم به.
