۞
1. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) narrates that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Allah, the Mighty and Sublime said: Whoever from the Muslim community obeys an unjust ruler not appointed by Allah, Allah will send chastisement on him even if there are good deeds of that community and even if the people are pious. Whoever from the Muslim community obeys the guide appointed by Allah, Allah will surely forgive him even if he has injustice and sins written in his scroll of deeds.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْیَرِیُّ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ حَبِیبٍ السِّجِسْتَانِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ص قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ [لَأُعَذِّبَنَ] إن کانت کُلَّ رَعِیَّهٍ فِی الْإِسْلَامِ أَطَاعَتْ إِمَاماً جَائِراً لَیْسَ مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ کَانَتِ الرَّعِیَّهُ فِی أَعْمَالِهَا بَرَّهً تَقِیَّهً فلأعفون [وَ لَأَعْفُوَنَ] عَنْ کُلِّ رَعِیَّهٍ فِی الْإِسْلَامِ أَطَاعَتْ إِمَاماً هَادِیاً مِنَ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ إِنْ کَانَتِ الرَّعِیَّهُ فِی أَعْمَالِهَا ظَالِمَهً مُسِیئَهً.
