Hadith 659

5. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “Keep a cornelian ring in your hand so that Allah gives you abundance and you remain safe from calamities.”
حَدَّثَنِی عَلِیُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُوسَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ یَحْیَی عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ مَزْیَدٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع قَالَ
تَخَتَّمُوا بِالْعَقِیقِ یُبَارِکِ اللَّهُ عَلَیْکُمْ وَ تَکُونُوا فِی أَمْنٍ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ.
