Hadith 63
۞
2. It is narrated from Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) that Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) said, “
If people would have known the benefit of doing Miswak they would have done it even on their beds.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِیدٍ الْمَدَائِنِیِّ عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَهَ عَنْ عَمَّارٍ السَّابَاطِیِّ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع لَوْ یَعْلَمُ النَّاسُ مَا فِی السِّوَاکِ لَأَبَاتُوهُ مَعَهُمْ فِی اللِّحَافِ.
