Hadith 528

4. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Musa b. al-Mutawakil from Ibrahim from his father from Abdillah b. Maymun al-Qadah from Ja’far b. Muhammad al-Sadiq from his father (a.s.) who said
“No.” The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) asked, “Did you feed a poor?” He replied, “No.” The Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) told him, “Go to your family and kiss them. It will be Sadaqah for them.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَی بْنِ الْمُتَوَکِّلِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِیمَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَیْمُونٍ الْقَدَّاحِ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّادِقِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ ع قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِیُّ ص لِرَجُلٍ أَصْبَحْتَ صَائِماً قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَعُدْتَ مَرِیضاً قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَاتَّبَعْتَ جَنَازَهً قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَأَطْعَمْتَ مِسْکِیناً قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَارْجِعْ إِلَی أَهْلِکَ فَأَصِبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُ عَلَیْهِمْ مِنْکَ صَدَقَهٌ.
