Hadith 355

1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to us by Ahmad b. Idris from ’Imran b. Musa from Ya’qub b. Yazid from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Abi Nasr from Hamad b. Uthman from Ishaq b. Ammar who said
The narrator asked Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.), “What is the meaning of this verse: ‘Who is it that will offer of Allah a goodly gift, so He will multiply it to him manifold’?”10 Imam (a.s.) replied, “It implies doing good to an Imam.” The narrator says that his father too heard such a tradition from Imam (a.s.).
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ مُوسَی عَنْ یَعْقُوبَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِی نَصْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِلصَّادِقِ ع مَا مَعْنَی قَوْلِهِ تَبَارَکَ وَ تَعَالَی- مَنْ ذَا الَّذِی یُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضاً حَسَناً فَیُضاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعافاً کَثِیرَهً قَالَ صِلَهُ الْإِمَامِ- أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَلِیِّ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ أَبِی طَالِبٍ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ عَنْ یُونُسَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع بِمِثْلِهِ.
