49. It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. al-Hassan al-Saffar from al-Abbas b. Ma’ruf from Hamad b. Isa from Rib’i b. Abdillah who said
The narrator asked Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) in Medina, “Where is the grave of the martyrs?” Imam (a.s.) asked, “Isn’t Imam Husain (a.s.) excellent among the martyrs according to you? I swear by Him in Whose hands is my life, four thousand angels surround the grave of Imam (a.s.) having their hair soiled and crying till the Day of Judgment.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الصَّفَّارُ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مَعْرُوفٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِیسَی عَنْ رِبْعِیِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع بِالْمَدِینَهِ أَیْنَ قُبُورُ الشُّهَدَاءِ قَالَ أَ لَیْسَ أَفْضَلُ الشُّهَدَاءِ عِنْدَکَ الْحُسَیْنَ ع وَ الَّذِی نَفْسِی بِیَدِهِ إِنَّ حَوْلَ قَبْرِهِ أَرْبَعَهَ آلَافِ مَلَکٍ شُعْثٍ غُبْرٍ یَبْکُونَهُ إِلَی یَوْمِ الْقِیَامَهِ.
