3. It was narrated to us by Muhammad b. al-Hassan who said it was narrated to us by Muhammad b. Abi al-Qasim who said it was narrated to us by Muhammad b. Ali al-Kufi from Muhammad b. Sinan from al-Muffadhal b. Umar from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“Fasting on the day of Eid-e- Ghadeer is equal to the compensation of sins committed in sixty years.”
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِی الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِیٍّ الْکُوفِیُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
صَوْمُ یَوْمِ غَدِیرِ خُمٍّ کَفَّارَهُ سِتِّینَ سَنَهً.
