Hadith 157

1. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) says, “After you pray the Asr prayers on Friday recite as follows: Allaahumma s’alli a’laa muh’ammadinw wa aali muh’ammadin alaa aus’iyaa-il mursaleena bi-afz”ali s’alawaatika wa baarik wa baarika a’laihim bi-afz”ali barakaatika was salaamu a’laihim wa a’laa arwaah’ihim wa ajsaamidihim wa rah’matullaahi wa barakaatuh. For one who recites this after Asr, Allah writes for him a hundred thousand rewards, wipes out a hundred thousand sins. Fulfills a hundred thousand wishes of him and increases his position by a hundred thousand levels.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِیسَی الْیَقْطِینِیِّ عَنْ زَکَرِیَّا الْمُؤْمِنِ عَنِ ابْنِ نَاجِیَهَ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَیَابَهَ عَنْ نَاجِیَهَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ع إِذَا صَلَّیْتَ الْعَصْرَ یَوْمَ الْجُمُعَهِ فَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَوْصِیَاءِ الْمَرْضِیِّینَ بِأَفْضَلِ صَلَوَاتِکَ وَ بَارِکْ عَلَیْهِمْ بِأَفْضَلِ بَرَکَاتِکَ وَ السَّلَامُ عَلَیْهِمْ وَ عَلَی أَرْوَاحِهِمْ وَ أَجْسَادِهِمْ وَ رَحْمَهُ اللَّهِ وَ بَرَکَاتُهُ- فَإِنَّ مَنْ قَالَهَا فِی دُبُرِ الْعَصْرِ کَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ مِائَهَ أَلْفِ حَسَنَهٍ وَ مَحَا اللَّهُ عَنْهُ مِائَهَ أَلْفِ سَیِّئَهٍ وَ قَضَی لَهُ بِهَا مِائَهَ أَلْفِ حَاجَهٍ وَ رَفَعَ لَهُ بِهَا مِائَهَ أَلْفِ دَرَجَهٍ.
