Hadith 125
۞
1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Ahmad b. Idris from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Muhammad b. Ahmad al-Razi from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Ja’far b. Muhammad from his forefathers from Ali (a.s.) who said
“A single Salaat of Baitul Muqaddas is equal to one thousand prayers. A single prayer of Masjid-e-Azam is equal to one hundred prayers. A single prayer of Masjid-e-Qabeelah is equal to twenty-five prayers and a single prayer of Masjid-e-Sooq is equal to twelve prayers. A Salaat offered in one’s house is equal to a single prayer only.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ الرَّازِیِّ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ السَّکُونِیِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ آبَائِهِ عَنْ عَلِیٍّ ع قَالَ
صَلَاهٌ فِی الْبَیْتِ الْمُقَدَّسِ تَعْدِلُ أَلْفَ صَلَاهٍ وَ صَلَاهٌ فِی مَسْجِدِ الْأَعْظَمِ مِائَهُ صَلَاهٍ وَ صَلَاهٌ فِی مَسْجِدِ الْقَبِیلَهِ خَمْسٌ وَ عِشْرُونَ صَلَاهً وَ صَلَاهٌ فِی مَسْجِدِ السُّوقِ اثْنَتَیْ عَشْرَهَ صَلَاهً وَ صَلَاهُ الرَّجُلِ فِی بَیْتِهِ وَحْدَهُ صَلَاهٌ وَاحِدَهٌ.
