Hadith 1000
1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Sa’d b. Abdillah from Ya’qub b. Yazid from Muhammad b. Ibrahim al-Nawfali from al-Hussain b. al-Mukhtar who raised it to Ameer al-Mumineen (a.s.) who said
“One who makes something to boast about it will be raised on Qiyamat black-faced.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ یَعْقُوبَ بْنِ یَزِیدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِیمَ النَّوْفَلِیِّ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ رَفَعَهُ إِلَی أَمِیرِ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ ع قَالَ
مَنْ صَنَعَ شَیْئاً لِلْمُفَاخَرَهِ حَشَرَهُ اللَّهُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ أَسْوَدَ الْوَجْهِ.
