1. [1/91] al-Kafi: Ali b. Ibrahim from his father from Ibn Abi Umayr from Hisham b. Salim from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام who said
whomsoever hears something about the Thawab to be got by doing a certain act and goes on to do it, then it (the Thawab mentioned) will be for him, even if it (the report conveying the Thawab) was not as had reached him (i.e. was not accurate).
[1/91] الكافي: علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن هشام بن سالم، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال
من سمع شيئا من الثواب على شئ فصنعه كان له وإن لم يكن على ما بلغه
