Imam Zayn al-Abidin (AS) said, ‘Allah will ask one of His servants on the Day of Resurrection, ‘Did you thank x?, and the servant will reply, ‘No, but I thanked You instead, O Lord. Allah will reply, ‘You have not thanked Me as long as you have not thanked him.
الإمامُ زينُ العابدينَ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): يقولُ اللّهُ تباركَ وتعالى لِعبدٍ مِن عَبِيدِهِ يَومَ القِيامَةِ: أشَكَرتَ فُلانا ؟ فيقولُ: بَل شَكَرتُكَ يا ربِّ ، فيقولُ: لَم تَشكُرْني إذ لَم تَشكُرْهُ .
