Imam Ali (AS) said, ‘Patience is that a man bears whatever afflicts him and swallows his anger.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): الصَّبرُ أن يَحتَمِلَ الرجُلُ ما يَنُوبُهُ ، ويَكظِمَ ما يُغضِبُهُ .
