hadith 2315
The Prophet (SAWA) said, ‘It is unlawful for anyone to use the property of his brother except by his consent.
رسولُ اللهِ (صَلَّيَ اللهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ) : لا يَحِلُّ لامرئٍ مِن مالِ أخيهِ شيءٌ إلّا بطِيبِ نَفْسٍ مِنهُ.
