Hadith 97
Hadith.5064 - Ibn Mahbub narrated from Hammad ibn Ziyad from Sulayman ibn Khalid from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who said to his wife after consummating the marriage, "I did not find you a virgin" Imam (as) said
"There is no legal punishment upon him."
5064 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لاِمْرَأَتِهِ بَعْدَ مَا دَخَلَتْ عَلَيْهِ لَمْ أَجِدْكِ عَذْرَاءَ قَالَ "لاَ حَدَّ عَلَيْهِ".
