Hadith.5828 - The Prophet (sw) said;
"There is no charity while a close relative is in need." (needy relatives have a bigger right over the money that was to be given in charity elsewhere)
5828 - لاَ صَدَقَةَ وَ ذُو رَحِمٍ مُحْتَاجٌ".
