Hadith 672

Hadith.5633 - Aban narrated from Bukayr and Al-Halabi from one of the two Imams (peace be upon them) who said
"The maternal siblings are entitled to one-third of the inheritance along with the grandfather, and the grandfather shares the inheritance with the paternal siblings."
5633 - وَ رَوَى أَبَانٌ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ وَ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لِلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ اَلْأُمِّ اَلثُّلُثُ مَعَ اَلْجَدِّ وَ هُوَ شَرِيكُ اَلْإِخْوَةِ مِنَ اَلْأَبِ".
